BVPI employs a blend of Computer-based training and on-the-job training to educate users on utilizing CxWare. A comprehensive user guide is available and open for all users to contribute, enabling the documentation of shared experiences. Internally, a Microsoft Teams site is accessible for users to post comments, pose questions, share experiences, and access all software-related resources.

The software includes a Simulator mode that allows users to record a pre-recorded file demonstrating the software in use. This feature also enables them to analyze and report on the results.
